A low-beamed 3rd floor room with a large double that can sleep two, and a middle-floor room with a small double for one; a shared family bath and shower, in a family home just across the road from The New Victoria ATG Stage Door. We are a FIVE minute walk to The Peacocks shopping mall and many pubs, restaurants and cafes almost on the doorstep. It is a quick SIX minute walk from Woking British Rail to our Digs with a super fast 20 minute non-stop train to Waterloo. Slower trains stop at Wimbledon and Clapham Junction. You must be dog- friendly, as 4 year old Coco the Cockapoo likes to greet everyone enthusiastically before quickly settling down! Although it is a ‘family’ bathroom, it is large and only my son and daughter use it as my husband and I use a separate shower room. There are also 4 toilet rooms here, so toiletry needs are not an issue.

Use of microwave, toaster, hob and oven. There is a small TV in the bedroom with FreeView. Blackout blinds plus curtains allow for much needed sleep. There is a large clothes rail and storage cubes for your use (the chest and wardrobe are used for hosts’ storage).
Continental help-yourself cereals, toast, yoghurts, fruit and sometimes pastries included. Tea and coffee provided . My husband and I now both work from home but the kitchen and living area are mostly entirely free for your complete use as we work from different rooms. My children (when they are here) have usually dispensed with the bathroom before 8am So you will have the upper floors to yourself from then.
LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT A PROBLEM AS I’M SURE YOU WILL BE TIRED AFTER YOUR FINAL PERFORMANCE, ALTHOUGH CHECK- OUT BEFORE 2PM WOULD BE IDEAL.
You will have use of the conservatory to entertain, which includes a TV providing Netflix and SkyTV. A small dining table is in situ for light meals and takeaways. (Only paying guests are allowed upstairs). Also available is a small Yamaha piano keyboard. There is use of the garden and occasionally a LazySpa when the weather is hot.No smoking in the house, however a smoking gazebo is provided outside.There is No off - street parking unfortunately as our cars take this space. However daily 24 hour parking permits for The Grove can be purchased from the hostess at £2.50 per day. Unlimited WiFi.

Both rooms are £30 per night for single occupancy. £40 if rented as a shared /couple room in the 3rd floor beamed room. £10 reduction if booking for the whole 7 nights.A 10% deposit is required for whole of stay required upon booking. The remainder of payment to be made by bank transfer for whole of stay at point of check-in please. Unfortunately I can’t hold rooms unless a deposit is paid and the room remains advertised until that point. Road-Parking is resident only with 24 hour permits at £2.50 per day paid in cash on a daily basis.
There is limited off -street parking on driveway for one car, so please mention if you need use of it. Unfortunately our car will have to block yours in as we use it twice daily but we can easily let you in and out when needed.
